Modifications, Returns, and Refunds

CONDITIONS:

• You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make an exchange or return.
• For a product to be eligible for an exchange or return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
• Products purchased in the Outlet category cannot be exchanged or returned.
  Only in exceptional cases, previously assessed and approved by the store, will an exchange be allowed, which must be made exclusively for the same product from the Outlet category, subject to availability.
