Purchased products will be delivered to the address provided by a courier service. In case of absence at the address, this service will contact you to arrange a new delivery time or offer you a pickup location.

OTSO declines all responsibility in case of delay beyond the initially estimated time for reasons beyond its control.

 

Free deliveries from 100 CHF

Fees if the minimum amount is not reached: 8 CHF

Orders are sent every day before 1:00 PM.

National delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours plus preparation time. Preparation time may vary depending on demand.

Currently, we work with Swiss Post. You can request to send with the transport company of your choice by contacting us.
